Fantastic staff. Very friendly, very informative, and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely use this facility again.
My colonoscopy and Dr were great, but I was contacted without solicitation for a care-management program after a normal screening with no chronic GI condition, which felt inappropriate and overly sales-driven/spammy. I clearly declined in the follow up sales call from Digestive Health Center and still received unsolicited emails after that from Digestive Health Center via βCosanβ.
Dr Rangasamy is a 5 star!!!! The nurses was also 5 star!!! But either the women that was assisting OR the male anesthesia definitely didnt take there time when removing the equipment after the dr was finished...my guest it was the women..I cant see it being the anesthesia guy....but however, My bottom lip had a large lump as if it was not properly placed AND when removing the band from around my neck they forcibly pulled it or snatched it off causing a burn mark on my neck that later got worse before it stopped burning...I've had more than 20 colonoscopies since 2016...an i have never had this to happen..π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘
